Purdue wins as lower (worse) seed

One of the talking heads on TV last night said Purdue is among the top 5 programs in history in wins as a lower (worse) seed. By my count, Purdue has 11 wins as a worse seed (no seeds in 1969 or 1977?).

I tried to find the data to corroborate the above statement but haven't found it.
