Michigan:
RPI: #39
Kenpom: #32
BPI: #23

Purdue:
RPI: #15
Kenpom: #5
BPI: #2

Spread: Purdue favored by 2
ESPN BPI Predictor: Purdue is a 64.3% favorite to win

Michigan Stats:
Scoring offense: 76.9 PPG
Scoring defense: 61.6 PPG
3pt %: .369
FG %: .487%

Purdue Stats:
Scoring Offense: 86.1
Scoring Defense: 63.3
3pt %: .408%
FG %: .502%

Likely defensive matchups:
PJ Thompson - Eli Brooks
Carsen Edwards - Abdur-Rahkman
Dakota Mathias - Charles Mathews
Vince Edwards - Duncan Robinson
Isaac Haas - Mo Wagner

If Purdue can give a full 40 minutes of focused and intensity driven play as they showed against Arizona and have shown at times against teams like Marquette, Louisville, Northwestern, and Nebraska, Purdue should be able to garner a very good road win against another top 50 team this season...separating them more from their cohorts at the tops of the college ranks this season.

Gotta admit..my heart has a slight pause when I see Haas guarding Wagner and hope Carsen keeps focused when Rahkman doesn't have the ball as he will back cut and curl off screens. Who is Eli Brooks and can Purdue get help off him from PJ on others? Are there any indications that Moe once he puts the ball on the court will or can pass it effectively or is it strictly going to the rim...which at 6'11" is pretty effective, but if he does that all the time???? CAn Haas layoff in the lane and guard Eli or is he too a real threat behind the arc? It would be great if he wasn't a threat that would allow Haas to stay home and Vince guard Moe, Carsen or PJ on Rahkman/Dunkan, Dakota on Matthews etc...Cline on Dunkan. Nobody concerns me but Wagner hitting a few and then putting it on the deck and Haas is watching wiht Moe playing a lot. Teh first few minutes and who is effective may have a lot to say with the outcome. Course if Haarms would just have a good scoring game...that would helps so much as well. STill think the Boilers have enough to win with Wagner playing well and more than enough with him playing so so for him
