I happened to be looking for hotels in Indy on the weekend of 01/29 - 01/30. Must be something going on in Indy that weekend, because the Marriott and the J.W. Marriott are both sold out. While I was on the Marriott site, I checked to see if there were any new Lafayette-area properties being constructed and came across none other than the Union Club Hotel. According to the Marriott page, it's going to be an Autograph Collection hotel, so apparently the hotel guy who renovated it (his name escapes me) is in the process of selling it to Marriott.
