Purdue section in KC

Uppers: 219,220,221,222
Lowers: 116 for sure. Not sure how far that extends. Possibly 115,114?

Seems like a very small section when, in theory, tickets should be allocated in even 4 sections.

Not necessarily, that would mean No public sales. Dividing the arena into 4 would give each school roughly 4,750 tickets each....that didn't happen. I heard each school got 1,000 tix

That's correct, each school gets 1,000.

The way it works is a bit frustrating, but somewhat understandable. There's a very quick turnaround on travel/tickets. Purdue was able to fulfill every ticket request they got - although people may have been turned off thinking they wouldn't get them after not getting them in the first couple rounds because that allotment is even smaller. However, many schools do not even fill their ticket allotments for the first round - depending on the location they play.

Where I don't feel sorry for the NCAA is if they allocated each school 2,000 tickets, it's not like if School X only sold 1,500 they wouldn't be able to sell the other 500 tickets.
