Purdue beats #18 Minnesota 3-2 at Minnesota. Purdue had 17 service aces. Colvin had 7 of those service aces. She also lead the team with 19 kills. Julia Kane subbed in to serve with the score 10-7 Purdue in set 5 and served 3 straight aces to give Purdue a commanding 13-7 lead.
Set scores were 26-24, 23-25, 25-20, 23-25and 15-10.

Watched it and it was very exciting. We have to work to win this year as nothing is easy in this conference. We bent at times in this match with turnovers/mistakes, but were dominating at times also. A big crowd in Minnesota, but our team handled it well. A good needed win. After another poor football showing, I needed this. Go Boilers!

IMO this was a huge road win for the team after the recent challenging stretch of games. Even though the Gophers were 8-3 going into the game, they've played a very tough schedule and were ranked 16th in the country with wins over both Texas (No. 1 at the time, now 8) and Wisconsin (No. 7) this season.
