Ohio States fans just realized this is not Purdue ....

This posted earlier on bottom of the screen during telecast of the BCS Championship Game. Wow!

That's funny because not only is OSU now up, but Purdue has gone 2-3 versus OSU the last 5

Maybe it should be: Ore has the OSU confused as Ore State

While I've seen a lot of Purdue jokes lately (and not just from IU fans), I think the knowledgeable OSU fans don't like to play us because we're like their kryptonite. We're a harmless rock vs. any other program but usually give a tough game to OSU.

I hope Hazell and co. can continue that tradition!

you gotta wonder what the coaches are thinking about how bad Purdue is the last two years, while we did show a little improvement this year, its got to be embarrassing to have coached maybe the worst team ever at Purdue, I feel bad for the players, just can believe Purdue is that bad

Fu*k Steve Elkington. The dude was a complete underachiever on Tour. He had/has one of the best swings on Tour and only won 1 Major. He also shit the bed down the stretch in some other Majors.

Most coaches tune out everyone not in their inner circle. I think they need to do that to keep vision in hard times, but by ignoring obvious stuff and sticking to your plan, you could drive right into a brick wall too...

I feel more bad for the fans. I hate the looks and shame I get from other alums when Im wearing Purdue at the grocery store or whatever.

In a worst case senario sort of way, I hope it stays like this. If Purdue isnt much better and we dont clean house...

I really believe if Danny Hope was coach last season Appleby would have started, Henry would have been the wildcat, OJ Ross would have been on the team and he and Gary Bush would have had a lot of receptions. But McCarthy would have been the real go to wide receiver. Hunt would have been thrown to a lot out of the backfield and Cottom would have played a lot There would have been not 1-11 record. 7-5 or 8-4 and probably lost a bowl game. More speedy Florida players would have been recruited. At least Coach Hazel leads the Big Ten in 2-star recruits.

I'm not getting paid $2.0M a year to coach.....so far Purdue's paying $1.0M per win(4-20). I think I could have gone 2-22 and would only have ask for free parking and some snacks.

Don't sell yourself short Uncle, I think you could have done at least 4-20. I think we could have been 6-18 if fans called the plays from their seats.

We made Colin's Football Show again this morning...

He went on a rant talking about something to the effect of "Why is the Big Ten happy Ohio State won? The Big Ten is not back, Ohio State is back. Ohio State is a top program... Purdue is a dirty apartment that smells like cats, but you don't own a cat..."
