Purdue commit Cameron Allen season stats

If injuries occur, he could be a nice third down back or be an option for a trick play or would be a very nice punt returner to allow Moore to concentrate on other things. I've said it before about Moore. We now have a lot of quality players so he doesn't have to do everything.

This is the caliber of recruit Brohm is bringing to Purdue. Weaver, James, and Robinson lost out.

Seriously. Wow. They must be projecting him to be an nfl type to get him to switch to d.

I still can't believe brohm stayed and these recruits are still in play. See if he stays long enough to build the brohm east deck

I mentioned him in the Kiser thread. His highlights are ridiculous. He was always the best player on the field and it wasn’t close. Breaking tackles and making incredible throws. He is an incredible athlete and if he was 3 inches taller he would be a top QB prospect.

Allen will be an absolute star and I can’t wait. This ‘19 class is loaded with talent. It was a big reason Brohm was worth every penny. Purdue is loading up on enough to talent to compete for the Big. It should be a very fun next 4 years.

He played corner in high school. Not uncommon for the teams best athlete to play qb.

Doerue and Allen have each had 1st quarter rushing TD’s to give their teams a 7-0 lead.

King Doerue is having himself a game. 18 of their 27 points. 2 runs and an 86 yard reception for touchdowns. Tascosa up 34-20.

Can’t see the full stats, but Cameron Allen has at least one passing and one rushing touchdown. Up 24-3 currently.

King ended up with four touchdown. One was a 78 yard run the the another was an 83 yard catch. King is the real deal. I wouldn’t rule out him starting next year. He has that kind of talent. Tascosa won big, 48-27.

Cameron Allen wins big, 31-9. At least two passing touchdowns and one rushing. Not sure what his defensive stats were, but he can ball.

Even though Allen isn’t coming in to play QB or even offense, I like his athleticism enough to garuntee he’ll find the field a lot and early.

Looks to me like he might be a solid SS to go along with Marvin Grant.

Graham and Trice are likely to fill that safety spot alongside Grant. Allen has the size and athleticism to be a shut down corner. Especially when GK is getting after the QB. Major and Mackey are likely the starting CBs next year, but Allen will be tough to keep off the field. He is an incredible athlete.

I like the thought of freshmen coming in and possibly becoming immediate contributors rather than spending their first year in the weight room and learning our system. I think we have seen if we recruit the right players, it doesn't matter what class they are.

That should be Grant. Physically, he is probably I. The top 25 for ready to contribute. He will have adjustments to make with scheme and the speed of the game, but Purdue got an absolute star in Grant. He was testing extremely high at all the camps as a safety. He is one of the stronger DBs in the nation, hits like a truck.

Unrelated, but is there any chance JT comes back as a graduate assistant? He has such an unbelievable feel/understanding for the game that he could really help incoming players.
