Psaki encouraging crazy behavior because she knows the base is crazy

Encourage protests outside of the judges homes is an insane thing to say. It’s a very sad and discouraging day in America when leadership takes this position.
It’s also against federal law. Democrat leadership is encouraging the breaking of federal law for the party agenda. Anything for the party. It’s a damn cult full of zombies.

So you support the behavior too since you yearn for testing that law in court?
I honestly don’t know what they are doing.

disturbing the peace is a citation.

Do they have a proper permit to demonstrate?

are they on private property?

I don’t think just because they are judges they get special treatment.

So actually they do. 18 USC 1507. It literally says you cannot protest at a judge’s house. I linked it for you. I get that you don’t know the law but Psssaki should. Or she knows the DOJ will ignore.

Catch up dipshit.

My original post was that I would like them arrested so this can be tested in the courts.

I am completely aware of the law. Pay attention next time.

Why won’t Psaki and this administration just tell them to knock it off?

2/3 of Americans do not want Roe vs Wade overturned. If you actually went to Purdue or even graduated from high school, you understand that value. If Gorsuch and Kavanaugh hadn't lied during their hearings, we wouldn't even be in this place. One thing is for sure, DECENT people don't act with ill intent. YOU act with ill intent in every post you put up. All political, all with misinformation. You are incapable of asking intelligent questions, like "what actually causes inflation?" or "what actually causes gas prices to go up?". You just blame "the libs". But that is the new conservative American way. Divide and deceive. Over and over and over. Go F yourself.

Why do we have left wing propaganda like this being spread on a Purdue sports site? While the left divides and deceives hourly. Every hour of every day. Get a hobby.

Does free speech usually require Congress to pass a bill quickly to pay for security for SCOTUS family members? Don’t play dumb. You know exactly what they’re doing.
I truly don’t. Has anyone been arrested? Have hurt anyone physically?

If they are using bullhorns that seems like a clear case of disturbing the peace.

But please please arrest these women. Parade them on TV and make an example of them.

2/3 of Americans don't want to pay taxes either. But that's the law.

2/3 of Americans don't get to decide whether an action is a federally protected right. That's the Supreme Court's job. And remember that the Supreme Court ruling on this doesn't mean abortion is illegal everywhere in the US. It means the states and those citizens in those states get to decide on their own. Which is the way it should be. Don't like what the MAJORITY in a state decide? Move to another state...

He did and Indiana is just as glad he moved as he is about moving.

And many of those 2/3 aren’t paying their fair share either

Curious if there are other rights that aren't explicitly in the constitution, but that have been affirmed by the Supreme Court, that you think should be left up to state governments to decide.

Nice try. You said, “just because they are judges I don’t think they get special treatment.” If you knew the law like you say you did you would realize they do. And almost if not all States have similar laws. There is nothing to test. You can’t protest at a judge’s house.

That’s my opinion.

Read up further and don’t just join in the middle of a conversation. Feel free to keep being ignorant. I don’t care. Your thought makes no sense to the overall discussion point he and I were having . I made a counterpoint and you. Decided to be an ass about supposedly not knowing the law and that’s just trolling, because I acknowledged the law on my first post.

Try carrying a gun in Times Square?
Guess what happens if you are found with a fire arm in down town Chicago, in your car?
FYI the 2nd amendment was written into the Constitution by the Founders of this Country.

This does not answer my question.

This does not answer my question.
My point is that the 2nd amendment doesn't guarantee you the right to carry a fire arm where ever you want.
States and even Local Governments have set their own rules.
So abortion can be illegal in Florida but legal in California.
Abortion will not be illegal everywhere. I don't see the BFD.
And take Federal funding out of paying for abortions.
If citizens of a State make it legal, let them pay for it.

My point is that the 2nd amendment doesn't guarantee you the right to carry a fire arm where ever you want.
Agreed, but it does guarantee everyone the right to own one, regardless of state. So, state governments do not have the ability to infringe that right, nor is the right of gun ownership left up to the voters of the state. The poster to which I responded indicated that, because the constitution doesn't explicitly guarantee the right for a person to control their own body, that the citizens of individual states should be able to decide whether or not that right exists within their state. I'm just curious what other rights that the constitution doesn't mention should also be included in the category of things that we leave up to voters.

Is it ok if one state wants to eliminate the right to vote altogether? The constitution doesn't explicitly guarantee a right to vote.

Is it ok if one state wants to deny the right to travel? The constitution doesn't explicitly guarantee a right to travel.

Is it ok if one state wants to require all children to attend public schools? The constitution doesn't explicitly guarantee a right to send your kids to private schools.

More dividing. More deceiving.

Instead of telling the lunatics to head home, the administration encourages the lunacy. They know how mentally unstable their base is. Anything for the party and ideology.

Do you have the full clip? It sounds really suspicious and seems like out of context. You made this post on Tuesday, but on Monday, Psaki has clearly said violence, threats and intimidation have no place in political discourse. Why didn't you mention that?

“Violence, threats and intimidation have no place in political discourse,” Psaki said at a press briefing on Monday afternoon. “Yes, we are a country that promotes democracy and we certainly allow for peaceful protests in a range of places across the country. None of it should violate the law.

"We have not seen violence or vandalism against Supreme Court justices," Psaki added. "We have seen it Catholic churches. That is unacceptable. The president does not support that. We have seen it at some conservative organizations. We don't support that."

So we can have right wing propaganda on a Purdue sports site but not left wing? 🤨

Why do you keep posting this crap on a sports message board?

Ask the OP, he started with right-wing propaganda, so what do you expect?

If the OP truly wants to discuss Psaki, he should provide the full picture. And the full picture is that she does condemn violence, threats, or vandalism. I'd say protesting outside justices' houses is a threat, and I do not support that.

Again good lord..............do you understand words like irony? The poster keeps posting here bitching about it being a Purdue sports board and this isn't. Get some Metamucil, try a high colonic. Lighten up a bit. I don't know what Pavlovian experiment you are trying out on yourself and while amusing your sphincter must me like Hoover Dam

The mouthpiece of the same administration that contends burning down Portland, Minneapolis, etc was the result of peaceful protest.

Who is the "poster" you are referring to that b!tches about it being a Purdue sports board? CNNPlusSubscriber?

And what does it have to do with the OP putting up misleading info that is deliberately omitting Psaki's full statement?

If you want to discuss Portland, Minneapolis, feel free to start another thread. This thread is about Psaki encouraging protesters, which is clearly not the case when one looks at what she actually tweets and the full presser.

Dude, there are two new posters on here that are constantly saying '' this shouldn't be posted on a sports board'' The one was calling for it to be shut down. I don't know their names offhand to tell you, but its been posted several times and then the one goes into liberal rants after saying it shouldn't be posted here.

Nope. This is the same mouthpiece that's been supporting lefty "peaceful protest" without regard of outcome for the entire Biden administration. Since you didn't start this thread I feel no need to comply to your request.

So I take that you are not happy with those two posters b!tching about "shouldn't be posted on a sports board"? Are those two new posters on this thread?

If not, then what kind of logic is it that the best way to counter those two posters is to repeat what they say that offends you, on a thread that they are not involved?

Sounds like you have the maturity of a second grader.
