OK, does anybody want to play again?

So who do you predict? Rondale Moore? Israel Mukuamu? Markese Stepp? Somebody else?

Thought I would revisit this in order to have a point of reference from last year (I didn't go back and find the old thread though). Just look at the names we are now <legitimately> speculating on compared to a year ago. And that is certainly not a knock on who we signed last year as I love them all!

PS - I'll start warming the oven in advance in order to prepare the winner's prize.
Mukuamu, Stepp, Moore. Norm

Since you said first commit, I'm going with WR Taylor! He has a home visit tonight! He's expecting an offer, and I expect he'll commit within 5 minutes of receiving that offer! Since he is a different type of WR than Moore, I'm not sure if he is being looked at as a backup plan to signing Moore or if he is being looked at as a possible TE. He's 6'5 and 210!

I predict all 3 will commit to Purdue before the end of the month

A couple of notes:

A poster named KTaylor has liked this comment. Coincidence? Make your predictions accordingly and let's sure hope if this happens to be 'inside info' he joins the Boiler family!!

Note to BoilerBullDog: The rules committee, after extensive review, has invalidated your prediction. This decision was not arrived at easily. The full listing of rules for this prestigious contest is shown immediately below.

The only rule is there are no rules.

I have confidence the others will commit but I believe Taylor will commit first!

As far as I can tell Mukuamu is the only one who wants to be committed and signed by the early signing period. So he is my pick.

Not saying any of the other recruits won't commit and sign early, but I don't know of its their intention to make sure they are signed by then like Mukuamu.

Taylor. Moore isn't going to commit or change u til likely February.

Also, Ktaylor liking the Taylor posts joined in January 2017 with zero posts but is liking the Taylor comments. Curious!

I love the idea of adding Taylor. Don't have anybody else like him yet, so he could see time early and often.

Moore is a program changer. He is all world and I can't believe Texas is doing him like they are. No in home after winning state and recruiting over him? They crazy?!

Stepp is curious. I don't feel that we get him but he would be an absolute star in CJBs system.

I hear Mukuamo is a long shot. I think we are full on safeties so if he joins up, one of the current safety prospects will choose to go elsewhere.

I think just as relevant to this question is, who will be the next decomit? We are 5 over, which is fine becaue likely we cut that from our current roster, but I also think CJB will be after some transfers. My guess is if we add 3-4 guys, some will have to leave. Lane, Perkins, K. Smith, and possibly Sullivan would be my guess on decomits. Sullivan got a coach visit, but before that I would have said he was the next one out.

Purdue likely still tries to land a RB flip late, I would like to see another true CB, LB, and then one of the above mentioned prostpects just because of how good they will be. Then see Purdue add 2-3 grad transfers.

Wild Card: Hunter Johnson. He is buried on that roster and if he transferred he would be a three year starter in CJB's system. I am not saying there is any indication this will happen, but that would be a heck of a move by both parties. Not to mention, it would make leaving Purdue really hard for CJB especially if his 19 class looks like a top 25 class. It is off to a great start and he could be landing some big time flips. Yep... great time to be a Boiler!!

Arak McDuffie will be the next. I hope followed by Taylor and Moore.

It sure doesn't sound like we will end up with Stepp and I don't think we are gonna get Israel Mukuamu. I believe he will end up at SC.

Does anyone on here know where we are in the recruitment of Jairus Brents? 247Sports seems to think Wisky is gonna get him. Are we still in consideration?

What about ATH Dallas Craddieth? Purdue was on him at one point. Does anyone know if we still are. Sounds like Frost just visited him.
