Praise from PJ

On Carsen's game. Love that there doesn't seem to be worry about playing time, etc. Good kids on this team.

PJ has been a GREAT team player for Purdue. He has never showed a glimpse of selfishness and has been all in for the team. Sure, there are things he cannot do as well as many, but 15 players can't play all the time and few ever showed the willingness to do what was needed, sacrifice individual desires and want to be a valuable piece of the team instead of a main ingredient of the team. He was a VERY good late pickup for Matt just due to his attitude and Purdue is much better for him being on the team. He appears to be an outstanding individual and representative for Purdue.

Mature beyond his years. I'd hate to see what I would have been like in his situation at 20 years old. I'd probably be embarrassed at my behavior looking back.

What's with the shading on that photo? Makes him look like a middle aged man.

Looks like Paul Sadler went a bit overboard on the contrast and other filters in photoshop. Need to work on the area under his eyes and his face in general. Makes him look old and lacking sleep. The rest of it looks good, but yeah, he effed up the face pretty bad on this one.

Still one of my favorite pics from last season:

Just tell him that's what he's going to look like in 35 years or so.....

If he keeps it up PJ is going to go down as one of my favorite players of all time. I am guilty of looking at his size and skills and just plan don't expect all that much. I don't think I am alone on that. It will be very interesting to see where he ends up stat wise when it's all said and done. I think when it's all added up a lot of will be saying man he was really good while he was here.

PJ is the type of player that opposing coaches are going to hate by the time he is a senior. Great head, scrappy, is most likely over looked in the scouting report, and can be dangerous as hell. He is going to do well in life.

PJ has done nothing but come to Purdue, expect nothing, get thrown into the fire as a true freshman on a team without a true point guard, shoulder alot of criticism for not being great as a true freshman, never complain, work hard to improve, get better, always welcome additional competition for minutes at the point guard position, and always put the team before himself.

If someone doesn't appreciate him, that says alot about that person.
