Posts that remain at the top of this Board are ruining the it

I love the irony of posts complaining about posts that only end up drawing more attention to said posts that the poster was complaining about. Do you not see the irony?

The threads at the top are there because people are still commenting on them. So why on earth should active discussions be deleted? Just because you don't like them? Maybe the internet isn't for you.

I would hardly say it's ruining the it but I wouldn't mind not seeing anymore the one pinned post advertising an event that happened 8 months ago
