I think they have done a lot of work on it and feel confident. It could be a name out of left field, but if I have to google who it is, I will be disappointed. Any of the names mentioned are going to be fine, some more so than others. If Skip Holtz takes us to 6-6 land and that is worst case, oh well.Monday the earliest according to GBI.
If they're going after a sitting coach, look for something later next week - even the following week.
I don't think this thing is over with like many think.
tend to agree, I e mailed MBob on monday and he said the search was ramping up.Monday the earliest according to GBI.

Waiting = Disaster. Top tier programs will get Miles, Fleck, Sumlin (if let go), we'll then be relegated to leftovers which Purdue then stays at laughing stock of Big Ten for choking when it mattered most. Recruits will sniff and walk away like they do now. This is too important to "F" this up and wait for others to pick the cupboard bare. Get the main guy now or suffer another contract (3-4 or more years) of painful watching football and empty stadium. $$$'s will wilt on the vine. That is what this equates to. Pay now or suffer later.Monday the earliest according to GBI.

I've heard from someone who attends the gridiron luncheon the announcement was coming Sunday but they weren't saying who it is at the luncheon.
I have to admit...they've offered me the job. I only have coached 6 year old soccer but they like the fact that I'm a Purdue Guy. Don't tell anyone. I'm still considering it. Not sure about the benefit package.

Well, its like Aunt Bee said when Wilbur Finch passed through town, the womens gossip in Mayberry wasnt as bad as some of the tales that came out of Floyds barbershop.Ernest T. did have some great dance moves, didnt He?And you're killing poor Floyd the barber... holding up his big announcement while he has much larger issues on his mind, like how he's going to be able to get Ernest T. to sit still for his haircut. If you don't come to a decision soon Aunt Bea and Clara are going to be p!ssed at you!
The Morgue heard last week that we could get you on the cheap, and had been in MBob's ear ever since.I have to admit...they've offered me the job. Well carp..........I can tell you who is OFF the block. Ferentz's son and current Iowa o-line coach. As Iowa gave HC Ferentz another six years, it tells me Iowa AD does not yet think the kid is ready to take the Iowa head job. Brian Keith Kelly not to your liking?
You dont really like those kerosene cucumbers,do you?Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, although Sam the butcher sure doesn't seem to appreciate them one bit; Sam never was much of a terpsichorean, was he?
OH -- please don't tell Aunt Bee that I misspelled her name! I'm afraid that if she finds out then I won't get any of her homemade pickles for Christmas.
Sam the butcher,as Fred Plummer, was going to stomp Barney for giving him that $4ticket ,but the Japanese judo instructor in the salt and pepper suit saved the day.Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, although Sam the butcher sure doesn't seem to appreciate them one bit; Sam never was much of a terpsichorean, was he?

That show had so many great episodes I have never been ever to figure out which one was the best. All of the ones with Ernest T. Bass were great,Sermon for the Day was great,A Date for Gomer was good,Goober and the Art of love was real good, the Manhunt was an outstanding early episode .I liked the Kerosene cucumber show, all of the episodes with the Darling Family,Bargain Day (Aint Bee,call the man!)was excellent. Also, the visit from cousin Virgil, the two with Jack Nicholson, and the episode where Andy tricked Mayor Stoner into signing the travel voucher for the band to go to the state capitol was funny.Heck,I even enjoyed at least three with Howard Sprauge. He stood up to Allan Melvin once,He turned the Sprauge house into a swinging bachelor pad,and once bowled a perfect game.As Carl Denham said What a Show! One of the best episodes ever! The late, great ALLAN MELVIN!!

Bowie was PHENOMENAL... hard to believe it's almost been a year since he passed to greater beyond.
