I remember this happening but didn’t realize there was such a huge judgement against the University.

this is my favorite quote:

its interesting that the dean of the college was leading the charge based on nothing more than hearsay. Congrats on wrecking the whole college into a state of financial ruin. Hopefully she understands it was her actions that caused this. I guessing it’s still a blame game with her

There's a difference between free speech and slanderous allegations. When someone brands an institution or person as "racist", it doesn't seem like those who do so require any proof in today's society. All they really have to do is make a statement about racism and somehow the burden of proof is on the accused rather than the accuser.

That's the danger of racism allegations in today's society. It's just the like the "#me too" movement. I'm all for believing women. But there has to be some level of evidence or it's basically like the witchcraft trials of the 17th century.
