Pass a voter ID law, then close 31 offices where you can get a driver's license.

And where do you do it?

-Every county where blacks make up 75%+ of the population.

-All 5 of the most Democratic counties.

-And the 10 counties where Obama won most solidly? 8 of the 10 had their driver's license service closed (one that stayed open was the state capital).

But no, these laws are only intended to protect us all against voter fraud.

Scott Walker has done a similar thing in Wisconsin. Everyone knows why this is happening but no one will admit it. Maybe Kevin McCarthy will spill the beans again on the real motive like he did with the Benghazi hearings? tic
