Paint Crew Questions

My son is going to be a freshman this Fall and wanted to ask some questions about The Paint Crew:

Things we know from their website: Buy a boarding pass, sign up with Paint Crew, gets you tickets, chances in lottery, other benefits, etc.

What we don’t know: When will sign ups start for 2021-2022 season? Do memberships sell out quickly? Is it based on seniority? Is their any advice to increase odds of getting a membership? Any other advice?
