Overall A Good Game

Nice to see us come out hot. They made a couple little runs but nothing to cause any real sweat. We shot 54% and out-rebounded them 50-28. Their big scorers weren't much of a factor. We seem to do a pretty good job of holding down the opponents big scorers when we have some time to get ready for them. Strange that we only shot 6 foul shots. Thumbs up to Coach (300 wins) and Miss Moses (Purdue 3 pointer record) on hitting milestones. Miss Bays makes us really good when she is hot off the bench. I assume Oklahoma State will play better the next game so we need to be ready. No burps now.

Don't think Miss Moses or Miss Williams are going to allow us to lose their senior game. Huge advantage to playing at home. Do hope they get a shot at the Domers even tho they seems like more than Goliath. Still Mercer didn't let Duke scare them. But first things first for sure. At any rate, another good season for these Boilers and it seems a lot coming back and coming in to continue having a fun team to watch.

Great game. Great win. Came out hot, took care of the basketball (except for a spirt in the second half when April threw it away 3 times in a row), and played good team basketball.

Pretty clean game until Akron players got a little frustrated near the end. When we turn up our defensive intensity, the rest of the game just falls into place.

Let's hope for the same intensity on Monday.
