Not sure if this has been discussed much on here, but the article below addresses Baylor's lack of action taken during rape allegations. They brought in Sam Ukwuachu after he was kicked off the Boise State team and he proceeded to rape a fellow student-athlete -- good to see justice was served.

Not discussed in the article, but this stuff is rampant right now and Purdue is really focusing on preventing and addressing it. It has brought some bad publicity in the fact that Purdue's raw number of reports is relatively high, but it's due to the strong efforts in prevention and helping victims. Hopefully more schools follow suit, and hopefully it results in fewer attacks.
