in regards to the arrest of Richard Sherman ( now I know why he goes by Richard not Dick) being a free agent does anyone believe he will be picked up by any team?

Guys named Richard who insist you call them Richard if you try to call them something else are the worst. I don’t know or care about celebrity stuff, nor do I have any reason to believe that if you tried to call Sherman by Rich, he’d raise his palm and be like “no please, call me Richard.” I just felt I had to add that.

It won't happen immediately, but someone will pick him up sometime during the season. Antonio Brown had that assault last year, and he is pretty much free and clear now. Benefits of being a well know athlete I guess.

Yeah, enough injuries to your defensive backfield and it won’t be a problem. Nobody is picking him up anytime soon.

Richard Sherman didnt hit anyone. He was drunk and trying to get into his in-laws house. He never gained access, he never hit anyone. It was domestic attempted burglary is what the called it, so people just assume he hit someone without reading a police report. He will get picked up, and i doubt he gets charged from the way his wife and her family are talking. He might get and need some help with alcohol, but I have no idea, I just know i never have shown up drunk to my in-laws place.

Some people can really become Richards when they get drunk.

Who gets drunk and tries to get into their in-laws’ house? I’d be trying to get OUT of my in-laws’ house, and if I couldn’t, THEN I might opt to get drunk.

Unfortunately he drove drunk and wrecked his vehicle in a construction zone. He could have killed someone. He then tried to beat down the door of his in-laws house. Who knows what he would have done at that point. When the police arrived, he tried to grab a police officer's handgun. He was resisting so badly they had to deploy a K9 to subdue him. He was charged, but only with misdemeanors. The guy needs serious help.
