OT - Niagara Falls

For the past couple of years, my son and I have taken a boys only baseball trip, this year we are heading to Toronto for a game and thought we would stop by Niagara Falls along the way.

Any suggestions on where to stay and which tour to take at NF?

Also, things to do in Toronto..he will be 18 this year.
