our irish are a top ten that ran into a very good Spartan team that will run away with the big ten title while giving most conference foes a beatdown. if our irish can't compete with the Spartans then no way in hell is any other team in the big ten going to. they are really big, fast, athletic and play really good defense

OK. I think it is less this year than recent past years. A guy stays here and there, a good team gets a great recruiting class ... not the way it usually is, and seems to be playing out that way. Damned early to tell ... I'd struggle to pick the #5 team at this moment
I think Duke is really, really, good. There's a little gap after them, then Nova, MSU, and everyone else. Don't sleep on Xavier either

ND simply can’t compete at the elite P5 level, even with all your cash and delusional attitude.
Top 5 ranking was a stretch. ND is good but have been starting slow in a lot of their games. If they ever get that figured out they will be really tough. Colsen is just a beast and their PG is a good floor general. Probably another sweet 16 / elite 8 appearance by Brey.

Yesterday's game was a very bad loss for ND. Probably puts them around 30 -35 in the polls.

Im confused, I agreed they were overrated. I do not think they suck however. They are a decent team, a top 50 team. That doesnt mean they suck.
but you actually ended up at a school that has more Catholics than NDI always try to see the good in ND, BUT just can't ... probably a carry over from going to an all boys Catholic high school before escaping to Purdue
