Just happened to stumble upon this program currently airing on ESPNU. It is essentially on Sylvester Croom and the path he took from Alabama to the pro's...then back to Alab...nope Shula got that...to Mississippi State. The team he took over was dreadfully bad and was riddled with players who were accepting benefits on the side, players who had been charged with felonies etc. He had to build from the ground up. For someone like myself...who tends to want instant gratification...it's a great story to hear. Much like many of us...their fanbase became increasingly impatient with progress on the field...but progress was being made. I'm hoping Coach Hazell & company end up with similar results & successes as Coach Croom did in Miss St. BTFU & HTFD!
