Just say an article posted on 2016 QB prospect Brendon Peters from Avon, IN, who just committed to Michigan and Harbaugh. His sister is on the Purdue VB team
Purdue did not offer him a scholarship. This has been discussed before on this forum as to why Purdue hadn't offered.
THe reason I bring this up though is all of a sudden the Michigan site in this article claims he is a 4 star. He has always been a 3 star, so didn't know if he automatically got an extra star because he committed to Michigan. And this relates to the discussion we often have on here that the moment a big name school gets someone there star rating goes up for no real reason.
