I have bitched about the refs for the last week, but I have come to reason, it's the way it is. I really think in the tournament we will get back to some sort of normalcy with calls. The BT refs have signed a blood pack to address their problem with Edey. And I say THEIR problem. Problem is, we are the ones affected most. So, yes we need to adjust and play better. Better outside shooting and helping Edey is a must. I feel good that 3 of the next 4 are at home so I still think this can be the team this year. I was in school and at the Purdue-Michigan State game where Arnette Hallman banked in a shot to win the game. I think Michigan State lost the next game and then won the whole frigging NCAA tournament.

That's correct. The year before they were crushed by Wisconsin to start the big and then won 22 in a row until losing to Duke in the FF. Purdue could do a modest version of winning out the regular season, the BTT and get to the final four.

Yes Gem. I was at that game too. Actually, Mich. St. lost 4 Big Ten games in 16 days and then sailed through the NCAA tournament with their closest game being 11 points. The Big 10 is often very difficult, even for real good teams.
