Everybody will take their lumps occasionally. Lots of good teams.
No great ones like Purdue last year. Going to have to watch MSU. Hear they got a great young PG. Be fun to see him and Smith on the court going at it

They are very balanced on offense and have one guy in double figures. Not sure I’m too sold on them yet but we will find out over the next next month how good they are…and us too
I'm with you on MSU. Best wins are against a down North Carolina, @OSU, and @NW.
They have not stubbed their toe yet and are blasting some teams, so it does seem like they've turned the corner from the inconsistent and very average AJ Hoggard/Malik Hall era.

Hummel was on the other night talking about them and pointed to the difference between Fears and Hoggard. Basically said in a nice way that Hoggard was really holding them back for 4 years. I agree, and could never understand why he was their guy for so long and Izzo never found anyone better. Hoggard was about as meh as they come.
