One more win each year. That is realistic progress.

I think it could easily go 2 wins then 5 or 6 wins. Really depends on how the current recruiting class shapes up and how the current roster gets coached up. Next years schedule is a bear.

....................4 ...possible 5 wins............don't think he will pull a Joe Tiller in his first year but I think we will all be pleasantly surprised. We will accomplish more with less talent on "PAPER"! But I think we have a coach that will coach up the talent level!
there are absolutely 4-5 games that could be wins on this schedule...
Ohio
Minnesota
Rutgers
Illinois
The Loosiers

No, they aren't guaranteed wins, but winnable games, nonetheless.

Throw in a win in another marginal game and it's an incredible season and they're off to the races.

I still think we (as fans) are in for a surprise. Considering what JB did with the offense at WKU with available talent . . . stand by.

I still believe it's going to take a lot better player to win in the Big than at WKU. He's got to have four star recruits and a lot of them along with the best of the 3's.

He's also going to have to build to that. How about bowl eligible? Then we will worry about winning the big ten

Balderdash!

Even in Tiller's prime he had 2 to 4 4-star players, and most didn't pan out.

He can win in the B1G without a roster full of 4-star players.

Do I want them? He11 yes! Who wouldn't?! But my bet is he's going to win without them, then start pulling them in as he does.

Tiller was unique with a very different offense at the time. Brohm's offense isn't unique.

You seem to forget...................Tiller had some every good DEFENSIVE teams with mainly 3 star recruits! It's all about being able to coach these kids UP a notch! Running the right schemes and putting them in position to win games.

I think the next couple of years could be harsh mainly due to the schedule. But I'm already seeing more in the first week to give me hope than I ever did with coach hat. I think we got the right guy and even if we don't win a lot the first couple of years, I expect the level of football we will watch will be much higher.

If those 5 games are coin flips then logically we should expect ~2.5 wins. There are winnable games for sure but still its a tall order with this roster.

I don't think they're necessarily coin flips, and I don't think this roster is as horrible as some portray. Some holes, yes. Lack of depth, yes. Able to compete/win against elite, no. Move the ball against many on our schedule, sure. Entertain the fans, sure.

TOUCHE!!!

correct, and there are possible NFL'ers on this roster, as well.
All I know is Brohm is taking over a 3-9 team.............Tiller took over a 3-8 team..........It can be turned around quickly! Brohm's I think will be a little tougher, but by year two.....we are at least a 6-6 team............with better years to come!
