? on Dallas game winning TD pass

What a BS rule that is. That makes absolutely no sense when all inbounds have to be 2 feet, an elbow and foot etc.

Why is that a BS rule? It is way easier to tap two feet than lunge out a knee to make sure you are inbounds. One knee is good enough to call someone down, so if you land inbounds on one knee, why wouldn't that be a catch?

Based on all other inbounds or out of bounds two knees in would make sense not one.

Based on being ruled down on one knee, that would make more sense to only need 1 knee down to be ruled down, inbounds.

The player was already in bounds to be ruled down versus having possession in bounds with one knee down.

But inbounds with one knee down, is down. So what does out of bounds have to do with that rule? If you have one knee down in bounds, the player is down. If he then falls out of bounds after that knee is down, he is still down inbounds.

Ok we are going to agree to disagree. Happy New Year!

If the player isn’t touched one knee is not down. Either way there’s no changing it now.

It doesn't matter if he's touched in the end zone. The play was ruled correctly.
