Oklahoma State and Brandon Newman

Whatever the NCAA allows these days. The whole world has gone mad you know.
Some of you may remember Benjamin Bosmans-Verdonk. He was at Illinois a few years ago. I was watching South Carolina - Texas tonight and saw someone of the same name bricking a free throw. Sure enough, same guy. Played 3 years at Illinois, and now 3 years at South Carolina. In none of the 6 seasons did he average more than 2.5 ppg. He actually has 3 points tonight and might get some garbage minutes because the Cocks are winning big.

I believe Parker Fox at Minnesota is in his 7th year… 👀👀

Yes - he's had two medical hardship waivers with two separate knee injuries, and he redshirted at Northwestern State, then played three seasons before transferring to Minnesota. Credit to his perseverance - and I put him in a different category outside of where NCAA is going with its mercenary-like incentives.
