Hey the new format is bringing people together!
I don't want to influence you either way but this wasn't a choice by Gold and Black. It is every rivals site.
The comments each take up so much room with the gigantic font and all the spacing and junk, that it takes a lot more scrolling to see the same amount of comments. Not a usability improvement overall based on my first impression.
Bring back, bring back, bring back my forum Gold and Black to me, to me.
I know it's not their call but "who moved the furniture while I was sleeping?" "Where is my wheelchair ramp?" Who put Rolling Rock in my pitcher?" "Where is the dislike button where we can send volts of electricity to peegers' keyboards?" I can't handle this stress. It's worse than the Cincy game...in a different way....no I guess it's not, but still.... you get my point.

Feature wise, it's all there which is fine, but functionality and design is pure shit. The color scheme is really really bad and the wrong things are accented, why is everyones name so damn light? The fonts are horrible. The navigation is even worse. I'm glad they finally upgraded the system, hopefully now they can IP ban people permanantly, and it's super easy to ignore people, but the execution is horrendous. Yahoo should be ashamed.
I think it's funny that the reviews on the pay portion of the site are most positive . . and the freeboars are all up in arms.
I don't want to go back, I just think this is a major step forward tech wise, but a huge step back functionality wise. It's like they did 0 UAT on the site before rolling it out and decided one size fits all.
Pay members are sheep. What would you expect from people that pay for "exclusive news" that will be public knowledge within a couple of days anyway?
I wouldn't go that far. People are just adjusting to the change but I don't see it as rampant outrage over it all.
The more I use it, the more it appears to be a good change.
There is info on there that doesnt hit twitter or any other source. KHC is pretty good too.
I get it, $10 is steep.
I don't want to turn this in to a pissing match, but I had a membership for a while and it just had no value for me. The cost isn't the issue but why would I throw money at something that didn't gain me anything from my perspective? If people want to pay for a membership, go for it, it's your right. But some of us just don't see anything to gain from joining.

So is it no longer possible to ignore someone on here??? I've looked but haven't found that magic button. If not it's gonna be a nightmare when the Loosiers come trolling and policing our board and the first time we have a loss next fall and the FP crowd fires up.
