Number 21

ok, I guess. I would have preferred Dingle or Norris as our #21. I wonder what effect this has on getting a commitment from Norris ?

I noticed Deen and Sullivan were both interested in Northern Illinois. Maybe Sullivan followed Deen to Purdue.

hopefully M. Parker is # 22.

At first glance, I looked at his size and his rankings and his other offers and wasn't real impressed. but then I looked further. He's been to Purdue several times. he's had lengthy conversations with Coach Brohm. Coach Brohm likes him and wants him, and he likes Purdue. and despite the stats and what you see on paper, Coach Brohm made him one of his top 8 recruiting targets. So this is a player Coach really wants!

I can understand his lack of offers are in part due to his early commitment to Northern Illinois. But that did not deter Coach Brohm from still going after him.

As bullwhip has said, looking at his size, it's hard to determine what position he will play. But obviously Brohm sees something in him he likes. Brohm has come close to meeting all of my high expectations. So I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. This is a player he wanted. Much like the kicker that just signed, this commitment is a surprise.

LT written all over him.
