Nothing will change until Purdue has an AD that is effective with his superiors.

Start at the top. Who hired these FB coaches and who let Keady and crabby Tiller stay on too long? Tiller was screaming he wanted to retire for two years and Burke just let him continue. Tiller was aching for a buy out. Why was Tiller ready to retire? MB was not effective at making the improvement changes at the top Tiller suggested. Tiller got frustrated and grumpy.

Excuse for MB: It is not Burke's fault because it is the BOT's fault. Wrong. A great AD leader stands up to their superiors. It is up to the AD to convince their superiors of the needed changes. Like any person in a leadership business position. It is up to the leader to convince their superiors of proper changes needed. If the leader is not able to make improvements then it is due to the following: (i.) They are not effective in getting executive buy in (ii.) They have just given up and manage down (iii.) They are waiting to retire and they do not want to risk their golden parachute.

Who let MP get to a point to hold Purdue hostage? Hmmm....A leader hires a person and then properly manages them so that situation doesn't get to that point.

MB....move on, please.

Oh, but our Women's Volleyball Team is better. Yeah.
