If CMP doesn't lite a fire under their a$& in the locker room, we're in trouble.
you would think after the last 2 tournaments, we would have come out with fire under our rears
That was disgusting. It shows the character of a team at the beginning of the game. You come out playing like scared timid cowards in that first half and they got slapped hard by a team half their size by a team almost high school. Where is the intensity I've never seen a team scared to pass the ball. It's like they're scared of their own shadow out there.
Can't complete a pass, can't defend, and the looks on their faces it's like they can't handle it. Only a team with heart is going to win this tournament. It's mind blowing how Vermont has more heart than Purdue. Vermont lays it all on the line and Purdue is sitting out there flat footed embarrassing big ten. When you're champ of big ten you don't come out like that representing a dissed conference. You come out angry they are out there timid. Painter is cute faces on TV talking strategy. I'd a been like lady no interview I need kick some people in locker room and I'd shut that door and Bob K times a thousand would come out. Where's the anger man I'd be breaking Gatorade coolers in the locker room right now pissed off slamming everything in sight.

These refs are calling stuff almost to the point of being on the take. These calls are pathetic.
Haas missing complete bunnies or traveling, allowing open threes, missing free throw after free throw at end, and, finally, giving the other team a 6 point play at the end. Whatever happened to smart Purdue basketball? We were never the most talented but we did not beat ourselves. The last several years we have looked like a very poorly coached team at the end of games that actually mean something.
This does not bode well for upcoming games. And it is time for Haas to grow up and become the true advantage that he should be. He's actually a liability much of the time now.
