Nojel

Mrs. Eastern if you are reading, just wanna say hi and I look forward to seeing Nojel having a great career as a Boilermaker. I was in Taipei to watch the team over the summer, and I can see the potential in him. Our team was great on defense with a long PG like Octeus (or Barlow) several years back, and I can see Nojel developing into a great defender harassing and frustrating the other team's perimeter player. He can also attack the basket which I like. If he can tighten his handle and have a consistent jumper then I think the sky is the limit for him. All the best.

Hello to you too and thanks for sharing your insight on my son. He been in the lab and everything you mentioned about what he could do he has and both are better especially his shot. He's been looking good in practice and the shot the coach told me has significantly gotten better. His shot gets consistent he gonna be a problem to guard on ball. I can't wait to see him in 3 weeks playing his 1st official true college game. You only got a glimpse of what he can do be ready for some excitement not just from him but them other freshman as well this team gonna be really scary good come tournament time. All the best to you as well

I am even more excited to watch him play as long as he is here. I hope he does exceptionally well and leaves early for the NBA.

Now, I say that because to me if he leaves early, that means good things have happened for both him and Purdue.

really appreciate that they are working with his shot because as you know as he becomes a deep threat his whole game improves significantly and the sky is the limit. I noticed shooting pocket issues of inconsistency as well when I first saw him as as they correct that..the alignment corrects and he is on his way. That is wonderful to hear because shooting is an area that can be improved for all and he already provides problems for the other team
