Obviously this bothers me because I'm bringing it up again.
Last night Izzo calls timeout with 7:58 left. My son and I both say at the same time, that will take care of the TV timeout. Play resumes and there is a whistle at 7:00 something and they go to a TV timeout.
What am I missing?? I know some don't care, but I'm really trying to figure out how this gets missed? The NCAA made a new rule (and for once a good one) and I have seen it missed several times just in the games I have watched. Who controls this? Official Scorer, Director in the truck, Scoreboard operator or Ref?
