New QB offer

Younger brother of the current Iowa St sophomore QB who was an absolute stud this past season as a freshman. This may be the 2020 QB I want the most.

Didn't Plummer, Sipe and Piferi all come from the West / Southwest ?

I like his stats. he threw for over 3,000 yards and 35 TDs, and ran for 1000+ yards. 24/7 rates him as a 4 star.

Looks like Brohm is competing for his services against Les Miles at Kansas and Louisville. For discussion purposes, it will be interesting to see who wins out.

Plummer is Arizona and Sipe/Piferi are California (same high school)
