Well, ol' Bedpan Joe did it again...swapping POW's with terrorist nations which is a huge no-no.

Putin got his number one killer back, and he'll meet with Putin tomorrow and plan his next attack.

Joe should be arrested when leaving office for treason, tried and convicted, and put away for whatever short life he has left.
