Background
The booster (Ruiz) asked the coach (Katie Meier) to let the twins know he would like to meet them. So the coach connected the twins to Ruiz, the twins ate dinner at his house and the NCAA determined "impermissible contact" and a recruiting "inducement".

Result
The Miami coach served a 3 game suspension and Miami was forced to pay $5,000 fine and 1% of its budget. The NCAA's problem was that the coach facilitated the meeting, nothing with the deal itself.
