msu troubles

Not sure, but I suspect Tucker is toast as MSU will try to unload the absurd contract he has.
Yep. Save the 80 million, the original contract said he couldn't be fired for losing but could be for violations.

Next coach: Paul Chryst? Boring but clean, and MSU really needs clean.
I'd say yes, but they have that "other" school in the state that' always pushing them to be contenders. That, I think, will make them look at another "guaranteed" winner. Maybe Prime? :) Colorado would REALLY love'em then.

It's almost impossible to believe that someone in that position would risk their job, marriage, secured financial future for generations, unbelievable personal embarrassment, the list goes on, simply because they didn't have the personal discipline to just head to the bathroom and rub one out solo.
Now, that being said, Tucker is in good company with that lack of discipline ranging from people like Clinton to Anthony Weiner to Harvey Weinstein.

The higher some folks get, the greater the sense of invincibility and that the rules don't necessarily apply to them. I guess that's part of the "high" with power.

It's a lot of he said, she said in those transcripts, but it sure doesn't appear like she's blameless in this whole thing.

But he's clearly a scumbag.

The dude admitted to it, which in and of itself, is pretty bad. The argument is whether it was consensual (which is the he said/she said part). But, incredibly creep factor regardless.

his creep factor is almost as high as Sandusky's

Wait, the answer is obvious.

The Rev Coach Leo, of course.

IU will no doubt pay msu to take him, so a win-win as the Rev brings his special brand of football morality to the forsaken of East Lansing.

Then IU can bring in Fitzpatrick to put a definitive end to the leo misery.

Tucker allegedly pulled this kinda crap at U of L and Texas. Surprised???

If she was a subordinate, the issue of consent is pretty clear. If you have power over someone in a workplace, you should not be seeking sexual favors from them.

One of my friends in grad school said that when he came to Purdue, his grandfather told him, "Don't go fishing off the company pier." Generally speaking, I think that's good advice.

Yep. They had 27 phone conversations, AVERAGING over 30 minutes each.

And she texted him happy Fathers Day two months AFTER the alleged phone sex assault.

If you haven't seen his statement released by his lawyer, dude needs better representation. His statement contradicts his testimony he gave to the investigator. This is going to be a masterclass in self sabotage and screwing yourself over.

As someone who is more libertarian, I could care less what 2 adults do in their own time. That said, dude made a huge error and showed a lack of judgement. When you get paid $9.5 million/year, the standards are higher and carry big consequences. It also doesn't help that your employer has a bad history with similar issues so good luck.

Definitely the "peter" principle at work here.

It reminds me of the scene in Pulp Fiction when John Travolta takes out Mrs. Wallace, takes her back to her house and then is standing there in front of the mirror talking to himself about the moral dilemma he's facing.
