Big Ten Receiving Leaders with 1 game left to play
1. Tyler Johnson, MIN... 70 Rec, 1036 yds, 14.8 Avg, 10 TD
2. Rondale Moore, PUR... 91 Rec 1,023 yds, 11.2 Avg, 10TD

This weeks matchups
1. Minnesota at Wisconsin... WSU Pass D ranked #6 in the Big with 195.5yds apg
2. Purdue at Indiana... IU Pass D ranked #9 in the Big with 224.2yds apg

Rondale is on pace to finish the regular season in 3rd. If he has a good game he could finish 2nd. I don't think he is gonna catch Chris Daniels even if we go to a bowl game, but what a great season it has been for him.

Rondale is tied for 7th all time in the Big Ten with 91 receptions this season
1. Sr. Chris Daniels 121 PU 1999
2. So. David Williams 101 IL 1984
3. Sr. Rodney Carter 98 PU 1985
4. Jr. Allen Robinson 97 PSU 2013
4. Sr. Braylon Edwards 97 UM 2004
6. Jr. Richard Buchanan 94 NW 1989
7. Fr. RONDALE MOORE 91 PU 2018
7. Sr. Zeke Markshausen 91 NW 2009
7. Jr. Keith Smith 91 PU 2009

What is amazing about his stats is he had a couple of games were he was not 100%. I said before the season started that he would lead us in receptions and receiving yards. I didn't realize that he might do this for the entire Big Ten.

What is scary is thinking how much he could do next year with getting the chance to play with Wright and Bell, because they would not be able to double team Moore as much with playing with these 2 players on the field at the same time.

And maybe add Mershawn Rice into the mix, as well, right?

plus I remember in some of the early season games, there were lapses of time where he even wasn't targeted.

When you think of the weapons on campus along with those coming in, it would be very hard to walk away from that.

I firmly believe Brohm may have expressed initial interest in the UofL job and those at UofL read far to much in to that interest. When Brohm gets his $6-$7 million offer from Purdue, it’ll lock him up until 2022 imo.

Wow.

The crazy thing about Rodney Carter (#3 on the list) is, he was a RUNNING BACK.

In the notebook section on the article on Jones, it said it has been confirmed Rondale Moore received a letter from the Heisman committee this week designating him as a "legitimate contender for the Heisman Memorial Trophy". He won't win of course, but this a tremendous honor for him as a freshman. This year is just the beginning for him.

Correct. And, many of his catches were out of the backfield on a simple curl. He torched OSU for a number of catches, if memory serves.
I was at OSU for that game. Got beat in the final minutes after leading most the game I think
