The goal isn't to play Arizona...I want us to play the team that wins their games. I'd rather stay in the winners' bracket.
Villanova didn't get the memo to lose so we could stack the left side of the brackets.
Win the next two and today never happened.

I wanted Villanova though...but a chance at redemption. i never saw the game...was it called similar to the Purdue game?
What do dah day said is true. It will hurt Purdue more than Zona due to perception. However, it just hurts the seeding opportunity...it doesn't mean Purdue still can't go far in the tourney...it will just be a tougher route...
We get our chance on Friday. I’d rather play a quality opponent then win this tourney. It’s more important for SOS.
You guys act like seeding is over. It is a LONG way to that. Lose no more than another 3-4 and we will be a two seed.
NC State is undefeated and just beat Arizona. KenPom is just a typical arrogant guy that doesn't know squat. At least we don't have to play Western KY and Northern Iowa.
Wrong. These tournaments help the freshmen learn how to play in conference tournaments and March. Conference tournaments in that a neutral court and back to back games, possibly over many days. March in that, again, a neutral court against random opponents. Not winning or even making the final game with so many seniors is very discouraging.

This is what's known as the silver lining. We all want to win every game.
The little girl in this old woman is devastated, the retired Sailor was down right vulgar, but when I took a deep breath and decided it was time to put my big girl panties on I am back and just as much a Boilermaker as I ever was.... Yes we lost a huge opportunity to let the basketball world know who we really are and we will undoubtedly take a hit in the polls and perhaps a hit in seeding ( but part of that will depend on what the Vols will do the rest of the season). But we have a whole basketball season ahead of us and I find I am still so excited....Oh and yes, CMP will have lots more to work on with the Team- but they all will work their hearts out as they want this season even more than we do.
Having said that, hope you all have a wonderfully blessed Thanksgiving. Having you all to share being a Boilermaker with is very much one of my blessings. Boiler Up!!!!
