Matt Light leading way for protection of Second Amendment rights.

Go to the general board

people put this stuff on here all the time. It's not for you to regulate. he could put OT on it. For the record, I didn't read it and don't own a gun. I just support people's right to post stuff if they pay a monthly fee on here. Go report it as hurting your feelings and they will take it down if they deem it inappropriate

No quotes from Matt Light. No profile of what he is doing. No mention of him other than a passing aside in the first few lines.

Regardless of the subject matter the linked article has little to nothing to do with Matt Light.

Carry one everyday

Why?

I've never actually heard a good reason to carry a gun every day other than you can and you think you are cool because of it. "Protection!" Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. So you are putting yourself in situations daily where you need protection that requires a gun? You a cop?

In my 31yrs on this Earth I can't remember a single time in public where I said, "Damn I wish I had my gun on me right now".

The 2nd Amendment is great and I am a proud gun owner, but the idea that people need to carry every single day is so exaggerated and played out.

When I began running the current business I work for, people were bringing guns to the work parties "because they could". We don't do that any more. I don't think ISIS or a couple OGs care about our pot luck, folks.

Why would you ever carry to a gay night club, what's the worst that could happen?
If a bad dude opens fire the cops wont be there until massive damage is done. Your only hope for immediate action is a citizen carrying, and those citizens step up and save lives every single day, your branch of media just doesnt cover it (want you to know).

Move to Detroit or Chicago and maybe you'll change your opinion

I guessing the victims of every mass shooting in America thought same way as you, and would have loved to have a responsible trained Concealed Carry license holder like me and the others who carry everyday to have been there for them. I as a Marine and an American, am glad to have this responsibility to protect those who are easier targets. I hope that I can be there for you one day if you need it but Im sure you never will.

I'm one of those that own them but don't carry. I can remember several occasions where I wish I had my gun on me though. One of those times being when I was downtown Chicago with my 8 month pregnant wife and a group of kids attacked, beat till bloodied and robbed a man just feet away from us.

It's sort of ludicrous to criticize someone for always carrying a gun. It's not like they know ahead of time when they may need it.

It's better to have and not need than to need and not have.

My brand of media being Fox News? Because I am a Republican.

I can't speak to the conceal carry regulations in gay night clubs, apparently you can speak better to that than I can. But I do know most other establishments aren't going to let guns in anyway. Which will stop the good guys but not the bad guys.
Having lived in downtown Chicago, I certainly know the risks of living down there and what could happen inside or outside a bar.

Its funny though, I didn't know because I feel carrying a gun into walmart is stupid that automatically makes me a liberal?

Yes, wanting more government intervention and regulation makes you a liberal. You can legally carry a firearm into a vast majority of establishments in indiana, including every single bar/club in my hometown.

When did I mention we needed more government regulation on carrying a fireman? Could you show me where I specifically said that?

I'll wait....

Your first sentence tells everyone you aren't interested in the answer to you question.

The rest of your post tells everyone you are a liar.

I've never needed to use my gun and I hope I never do. But my friends son was manager at a Kroger store in Indianapolis and shot a man who had his gun drawn trying to rob his store. I would rather have it and never have to use it, than need it and not have it.
