Thats right, be careful what you wish for, because Purdue will have to do it on the court. They had a chance with last two games on the road and could not do it. If they lose to Illinois they are out all together unless they run the table in the BIG Tourney. At end of day there is no one to blame for the position they are in other than the coach and the players period. All I heard over the last three years is all this talent we have coming in year after year. Well, during the pre Big Ten Schedule we saw what that talent was worth.
If Purdue does not make the tourney then Painter should still be on the hot seat! Will he? probably not, because we are Purdue and we are fine with mediocrity.
