We do not expect a letter-of-intent to be signed - there is really no reason to, quite frankly - but Swanigan is expected to enroll at Purdue in June like any freshman would, at which time he'd be bound to Purdue under normal transfer restrictions, not that there's any chance here for another change of heart.
