If you are unfamiliar with these series, I think most would enjoy them. I’ve seen them before, but always find something else I missed earlier. The movie scenes are interrupted with historians providing some color and each actor playing a part may state a quote from time to time. Not being a TV watcher, I think they are excellent with not enough having a more studied understanding. On YouTube TV, Season 2 is free, and Season 1 I think is behind a paywall. I’ve seen both maybe twice before. Chronologically, Season 1 follows Season 2 since it is after the Revolution…and carrying on after the Civil War. Season one leads of to the Revolution and after.
