Why is it all about left/right? There are a lot of people that pick sides and spew vitriol back and forth, and the reality is it's all a waste of time because no one changes their mind when going in with that mindset. You're clearly fishing for a reaction with your posts, and you appear to do it rather frequently based on your post history. Why?

From Encyclopedia Brittanica on Fascism... read this and decide for yourselves, because there's a lot of disagreement about what Fascism really is, but this is kinda clear and frankly a little bit scary in the shadow of Trumpism and right-wing propoganda of today (specifically "fear of communist revolution and even of left-centrist electoral victories.") Essentially, according to some, fascism starts when people fear any liberalism and mislabel it as "Communism". Our roots with this kind of thing are deep, dating back to WWII and probably earlier. Some Americans are still politically stuck in the late-1940s.

Doesn't mean they are right, but I'd rather be cautious and protective than cavalier and let it (communism) just happen.
Second, both of you are using modern altered definitions of Fascism. How about you use the definition that existed during the time of Fascism...

The Wikipedia article actually has sources listed. Two different books are sourced. Totally ridiculous that you mock Wikipedia, yet it frequently has legitimate sources cited.

The Left is much closer to an autocratic government and dictatorial leadership (hard shut downs, wants to restrict what you can eat, wants to force Green New Deal etc) and suppression of opposition (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Google, etc). Not to mention labor unions... Tell me the last time the people that were suppressing other people's voices were the good guys.
I use YouTube because there is a LOT to learn about the world that you can't learn anywhere else. The media has a narrative and they only push stories that push that narrative (I know this to be true also because I know writers on the inside of CNN). I watch a lot of stuff and I have learned how to pick out what's most likely BS and what isn't. Most sources I use show first hand accounts (video, data, studies, etc). You can blow them off if you chose but you're choosing to be stuck within the narrative which CNN higher ups have admitted is mostly propaganda.
Hey, bud, one of the sources is from 1965. Anyway, your premise is supremely flawed. The argument that YouTube and Twitter are arbiters of free speech is laughable. They're private companies, not the federal government. The constitution doesn't apply. They can ban anyone they want to. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.

Refusing to accept the results of an free and fair election......is literally what fascists do. Firing people who are investigating you, asking foreign governments to investigate your political rivals, demanding loyalty to one man above all else and vendettas against those who aren't. YouTube and Twitter are banning people based on lies and they are currently getting sued over it. Again, tell me when the good guys were ever the ones suppressing voices...
When I talk about suppressing what we eat, I wasn't talking about current legislation. The Left has talked about this for years. That was my point. I can see how I seem off the deep end when you're stooped in propaganda.
