Could have survived Jacobsen if Heide, Colvin, Harris provided anything. Zero threats on offense and just ok on defense.

I like Jacobsen. But he wasn't Edey and obviously it's unfair to expect that of him.

We'd have fewer issues obviously so better with him than without but I wonder if we'd still struggle against this athletic teams.

We have so many more problems than Jacobsen. We were outclassed at positions 1-5 today.

Agree but he’s a good rim protector - we are so undersized that he would have certainly helped

Never realized Edey masked so many limitations of this roster. Very disappointing that they have not improved their game individually since last year.

I love your first sentence. No excuses but this Auburn team is playing better than anyone in the country right now and Purdue has a bunch of issues to figure out.

These next six games will be telling. If this team posts a winning record and figures some things out in those games this could still be a nice season. If they are 0.500 or worse this could be a struggle, i.e. second tier in Big Ten and low seed in NCAAT.

My guess is a definite yes but with a little more margin for error on defense with a potential shot-blocker and rebounder.

Probably, unless the execution would improve accordingly.....

Auburn, Marquette, and Texas A & M are likely tournament teams, and I expect a couple of high seeds among them too.

I'd like to see Purdue play some solid games on the road - they have look rattled at times since the Penn State game. And, they are struggling on both ends right now.
