Kevin Sumlin will be available soon.

Tough losing your starting QB when the team was playing lights out with him in there but it is hard to explain the Defensive collapse other than they were on the field the majority of the 2nd half!

Doesn't look like he will survive at College Station much longer.

He was already on notice...then, oversaw an epic collapse last night with absolutely no answer(s) at all while it was happening...if you watched, it appeared pretty clear to me that he knew/felt the same as the collapse was underway...personally, I am surprised that he is still there as Head Coach this morning given the short leash that he was on already and then with what happened.

The funny/ironic thing about it is that Mora is in about the same situation at UCLA, and, when trailing 44-10 in the third, he was facing the same fate potentially...several in the media had already touted this as a game that may be the first step in ultimately costing one of the respective Head Coaches their job, especially if one of them lost in a blowout...but nobody ever thought about the scenario of not losing in a blowout, but, losing a blowout...in pretty epic fashion.

My son is a freshman at TAMU. I can tell you after visiting ND, Purdue, and TAMU, there is some similarity between TAMU and ND in terms of fan support and enthusiasm about the school and football. I had never seen anything like it, and certainly didn't experience that while at Purdue for 4 years. Their love of the school and its many traditions run deep. It's very unique in that regard.

TAMU is different from ND in that they aren't as arrogant about it (yes, every school has their fans that aren't grounded in reality), at least the average student we met wasn't that way... again, this is my perception after visiting all 3 colleges and extended time at TAMU when we moved him in.
