I brought my fiancé (now wife) at the time, and a friend. We had bought tickets way in advance that year. We were expecting the worst leading up to this game though, because we had played some so bad up to that time. The Ohio State fans around us were very loud and confident about their chance with us that day.

Even though the Purdue crowd was down that day, we were part of the crowd that celebrated on the field. We got pictures of being on the field. It seemed like we might have turned a corner that day of getting back on track from a couple of really down years, but unfortunately that was the highlight of the year. We are still waiting for that turnaround. Hopefully, this year will be the start back to winning!

I was there. after loitering way too long on the field we exit through the ground level. That buckeye guy was there sincerely congradulating any boiler fan that would shake his hand on Purdue's victory. I found it equal parts humbling, weird, and nice.

By far the classiest act Ive seen from a fan.
