Jacquil Taylor

I remember reading a post here saying that he is basically gone for this season. Even if not, why make him play? I want him to be 100% healthy next season, and not play another minute so he may go for the sixth year. The sixth year thing is not guaranteed, but we are not so short on personnel that we have to waste the possibility.

Anyone what JT does during practice? Is he just walking around, working on his shot?
Assuming Biggie goes pro, JT has a chance to get a lot of time at the 4/5 next year.
Love his enthusiasm during games, He and Haarms are 14 feet of jumping enthusiasm in street clothes at the end of the bench.

Haarms and JT better be soaking in everything Swanigan and Haas can throw at them.

We return 6 of our top 7 players.

Eastern will be a natural replacement for Spike

If Haarms and JT (plus Ewing and the potential final addition) can give us even half of what Swanigan brings to the table (10 points, 6 rebounds)....next season will be as good as or even potentially better than, this season

Love the optimism but I'm not sure how realistic it is to expect to lose the likely BT player of the year and possible National POY and think that we'll be better next year. If IH and the Edwards brothers (tic) continue to improve and we get some contributions from the additions, next year's team could be a conference title contender, but this year is MP's best shot at a tourney run in the immediate future.

Points and rebounds are the only thing CS brings? Not watching....

I wouldn't plan on him being a significant contributor next season either. I'll be surprised if injuries don't continue to plague him going forward.
