Really, this has potential to impact their program almost as significantly as it does ours. He stays - We continue to gain the momentum we already have while they likely fall farther behind. He goes - we may be starting over with another rebuild as our recruiting class likely falls apart and, with so little time, a decent one may not be feasible this year.

This is a true statement. As an IU fan I am much happier with a guy like Darrell Hazell as your coach than a guy like Jeff Brohm. Hazell made it much easier to recruit the State and win games. Brohm makes both of those tasks harder for IU.
