Is anyone going to the IU game next weekend? I called our ticket office, and they are asking $73 a ticket. Not a typo. I am not paying $73 a ticket. I can find them on StubHub a lot cheaper, but I want to sit close to our fan base.

What sections in their stadium is where we normally will be sitting? They could not give me the section numbers on the phone from the ticket office. They were not sure. I am assuming from the view from the stadium that the tickets are probably sections 101 and 1, but trying to verify that.

pick a section where the hot dog wrappers aren't flying around so you can see the game.

Do you know what sections they normally have the majority of the Purdue fans sitting?

In the past it has been the blue section

Nope...have a brother coming in from Vegas...so going regardless.

Hoping Purdue has the bowl game clinched by the Bucket
As poorly as IU fans travel to RA, they barely travel as well to their own stone mausoleum. You’ll be able to pick your seat, and you’ll outnumber them in the second half.

That price is what the IU box office is charging. It's no wonder people aren't showing up... face value has been $70 per ticket almost the entire season, regardless of section

I suspect that you will be able to buy seats at the stadium cheaply and sit anywhere you want.

Yes, I have never had a problem buying seats from a scalper outside the stadium.
Only concern would be if both teams need the win to become bowl eligible. You will still find tickets but you might have to pay more.
We took a crew down there in the motor home one year, must have been mid Tiller years, scalpers were asking $100.00 for decent seats. We bought 4 tickets for the guys and the ladies stayed in the motor home. I remember it being pretty cold that day. I doubt prices will be close to that this year.
True story, so we pulled into the hotel lobby to check in and I tore the damned AC unit off the top of my MH.

Last time we were in this predicament at IU we coudl not get tickets from scalpers (they were over $100). But that was before they moved the game to thanksgiving weekend and attendance in bloomington has dropped. Stubhub has for $32 which I am 99% sure IU has up there since it has been that way for weeks, but comes out to $42 +/- I believe with fees. We bought our tickets using their BOGO sale and since kids are only $10 and for 8 adults and 6 kids came out to $345. Ours were in Section 112, but sure beats the endzone where the Stubhub tickets are. BTW we will probably be split 50/50 Purdue/IU fans.

With the Brohm coaching distraction this week, even though it is senior day. and we haven't beat Wisconsin in the last 12 tries (hoping the streaks stops tomorrow), and there is no way that IU beats Michigan, it more than likely will come down to that.
